RETURNS:
We make every effort to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, if you have a problem with something purchased from us, please let us know so we can make it right.
All returns must first be approved by CampfireShop.com. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required, returns will not be accepted without one. All non-defective products must be returned within 10 days of the date of receipt, and are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. All defective products will be accepted for repair or replacement only if they are returned within 10 days with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any items meant to be consumed, such as food, beverage, medicinal, supplemental, or hygiene products are not returnable.
All returns must be in original saleable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, accessories and returned in original packaging. Please allow us up to 3 weeks to process your return. Please contact us via email at sales@campfireshop.com.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items.
